Dancing Delineation
Rotoscoping quickly became a style of animation that I thoroughly enjoyed, so I chose this to execute my Senior Project. I filmed a dancer and rotoscoped her as my animation final. The song is by Gabi Roque.
Penelope at the Pool
This was my own 2D animated short. Starting from the very beginning with character model sheets, storyboards, animatics, etc., we ended with a full animation of our own.
Footloose
One of my favorite 2D projects was this rotoscope. It was one of the most time consuming projects I have done, but I was very excited with the outcome. I chose to do part of the dance scene from Footloose (1984), one of my favorite movies.
Barney
Here, we were challenged to create a puppet character, and give them dialogue. I chose to animate Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother and use one of his scandalous, but signature quotes.
Bouncing Ball
Bouncing balls were the starting point of my 2D animation experience. We were asked to create a ball bouncing with at least one obstacle using the elements of animation, such as squash and stretch.
